Wow. Some people go to so much trouble and heartache to force their family into a mold it was never meant to fit. Also, the term "unequal role" is objectionable because it carries an implied value judgement. Instead, we should say the roles are different, not unequal. Unequal implies something is wrong, when in fact it's not necessarily so.</description>
